Postal Service Overview

Singapore Post (SingPost) is Singapore’s national postal operator, a listed company. Singapore’s philatelic history begins with Straits Settlements stamps (British colonial, covering Penang, Malacca, and Singapore from 1867), followed by separate Singapore stamps from 1948, a brief merger with Malaysia (1963–1965), and full independence stamps from 1965.
